Although the basketball season has come to a close for the Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs boys, Mateo Dzolota had a incredible final season with the Mustangs. The senior lead Class 4A basketball in assists averaging over 6 per game and was the floor general for Dallas Center-Grimes this season.

Dzolota averaged 8.8 points per game, 6.2 assists per game and had a total of 156 steals with 218 points this season. Dzolota was nominated for 1st team all conference this year, and has committed with the Simpson Storm to continue his academic and athletic career.

Congrats to Dzolota for an incredible final season with the Mustangs, being named 1st team all conference and for continuing his career next year with the Simpson Storm.
