The Adair – Casey (AC) and Guthrie Center (GC) School Boards will meet in regular joint session tomorrow.

The Boards will discuss plans and specifications for a roof project at the AC Elementary and AC/GC Junior High building, along with a high school fitness center/weight room maintenance plan. They will then consider for approval the 2025-26 master calendar, 2025-26 Area Education Agency purchasing agreement, set a public hearing for the 2025-26 certified budget for April 16th at 7pm, and hold the second readings of the 300 and 400 series of Board policy reviews.

The AC Board will consider for approval a resolution authorizing bid letting and setting a public hearing for the AC campus roof project. The GC Board will also consider for approval 2025-26 general fund budget reductions and an out of state student trip for Distributive Education Clubs of America. Both Boards will then enter a closed session for the superintendent evaluation before adjourning the meeting. The meeting will begin at 7pm in the AC/GC High School media center.
