The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Football team ranks amongst the best in Class 4A across the span of the last five years.

According to the Iowa High School Football Association, the Tigers have a combined record of 35-17 dating back to the 2020-21 season. The mark puts ADM in third place within Class 4A as Xavier is in second with 49 wins, and Lewis Central leads with 52. The Tigers’ best season during that stretch was the 2022-23 year as ADM finished 10-2 losing to Harlan Community in the first round of the state tournament in Cedar Falls. In the 2024-25 season, the Tigers achieved an 8-3 overall record, falling to Lewis Central 32-25 in the Class 4A Quarterfinals.
