The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Boys Track and Field Team participated in their third meet of the season in Pella on Thursday.

ADM ran in the Central College Boys Indoor Meet at the H.S. Kuyper Fieldhouse featuring a first place finish in the 4×200 meters relay. The team of Brayden Davison, Parker Hook, Leyton Gerleman, and Jackson Pitzen ran a time of 1:35.85 as it tallied as the fourth fastest all time indoors for the Tigers. A second relay team for ADM included Alex Jensen, Owen Rychnovsky, Ben Plaisance, and Cole Waddingham was in 10th at 1:41.38. 

The Tigers other relays with two 4×800 meter teams finishing in third and 19th, then the 4×400 meter team ran to 12th place. Individually, Pitzen (7.24) was seventh in the 60 meter sprints, Hook (23.88) marked fifth in the 200 meters open, sophomore Isaac Schrock ran 1:04.12 in the open 400, junior Ty Landphair (2:20.02) was 22nd in the 800 meters, sophomore Ty Miller (5:12.52) finished 16th in the 1600 meters, and it was freshman Jack Leistikow (11:27.74) coming in eighth in the 3200 meters.

For the field events, freshman Maddox Pitzen went five feet and four inches in the high jump, Plaisance achieved 18 feet and one inch in the long jump and sophomore Latimer Timmerman threw 38 feet and 10 inches in the shot put. The next meet for the Tigers will be on Thursday in Adel for the ADM Coed Early Bird Meet. The full results from the Central College Meet is available here.
