The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet today.
The Board will consider for approval a Louis Dreyfus funding request for the Grand Junction event, 50107 Summerfest; and a resolution for the Greene County Attorney to intervene on the Supervisor’s behalf to the Iowa Utilities Commission for the second phase for an underground carbon dioxide pipeline project proposed by Summit Carbon Solutions. They will also consider for approval a resolution for the distribution of the preliminary official statement for the $11.5 million general obligation urban renewal capital loan notes, a resolution to transfer funds from the American Rescue Plan Act to the general basic fund, and setting a public hearing for the proposed property tax levy for the next fiscal year.
