The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session Tuesday.

The Board will consider for approval a resolution directing Guthrie County Attorney Dana Minteer to file a petition to intervene on behalf of the County in Iowa Utilities Commission docket number HLP2024-0004. They will also hear department updates from Information Technology Director Brian Hoffman and Guthrie County Engineer Josh Sebern. During Sebern’s update, the Board will consider for approval a resolution regarding a project contract. The meeting will begin at 9am, with a public hearing on the fiscal year 2026 proposed property tax notice at 10:30am. The meeting will be held in the Board of Supervisors room in the Guthrie County Courthouse. For those unable to attend in person, there is a digital option available via Microsoft Teams.
