The Panora City Council will meet in regular session tonight.

The Council will start the night with a public hearing on the fiscal year 2025-26 proposed property tax. The regular meeting will follow, with the Council setting a public hearing for the proposed fiscal year 2025-26 budget, and considering for approval the second reading of an ordinance amending the electric utility code. They will also consider for approval an alley vacation request from Eric and Jenna Morris, and a revised electric utility inspection and maintenance plan. The proposed tax public hearing will begin at 5:30pm, with the regular meeting to begin at 5:45pm. Raccoon Valley Radio will have results from the meeting later in the week.
