Excitement is in the air at West Central Valley High School as golf, track, and soccer will officially begin soon for Wildcat spring athletes. Activities Director at West Central Valley Jim Lindsay shared his thoughts on the excitement that surrounds the Wildcat athletes as spring sports begin to kick off.

“I think right now we’re just excited to get going.” Lindsay said, “Track has been going on for a couple of weeks and soccer has been going for a week and golf will pick up this week so I think that all the kids that do their spring activities are just excited to get going.”

Wildcat soccer begins action first, as the Wildcat boys soccer team travel to Atlantic High School on Thursday for scrimmage action against the Trojans. The scrimmage is set to begin at 5pm.
