The spring sports season is a very busy time at Perry High School. 6 different teams are all practicing and will be in competition over the next couple months. Some athletes are keeping extra busy by participating in multiple sports this spring.
Geren Kenney is one of the guys trying multiple sports. He is golfing for the first time while also on the track team. Perry AD, Tina Lutterman, also mentioned it is very popular with the girls to be in two sports. “We have quite a few girls who are interested in dual participation so a lot of soccer and track crossovers for the girls team.”
The first regular season competitions are next week for Perry. Both soccer teams are in action next Monday while track starts on Tuesday.
