Greene County High School girls’ soccer has a scrimmage today in Stuart vs. West Central Valley, then the regular season starts on March 31 in Des Moines vs. Heart of Iowa Activities Conference opponent Grand View Christian.

Randa Linberg is a senior for the Rams and she talked with Raccoon Valley Radio about the 2025 season. “We lost a lot of girls last year. A lot of our team was built with seniors, so this is going to be kind of a rebranding season for our team. We’ve got a lot of new girls going out right new including a couple freshmen, and a couple new juniors and seniors. So, it’s going to be fun to see and I’m really excited for the season.”

Wes Anderson is in his first season as the head coach of the program and Shelby Mincey is in her first season as the assistant coach.
