Two schools in Guthrie County are performing their spring play or musical tonight.

The West Central Valley Drama Department is putting on the comedy “Order Up!” Director Nancy Bauch says hilarity ensues at a diner with anything you can think of on the menu, with characters like a customer who is showing off an invention to save people from choking, and another who is hiding from their family. This is the final performance of the play, with curtains up at 7pm, and tickets at the door for $6.

Panorama students are putting on the second performance of their spring musical called, “The Addams Family” tonight, with the final performance tomorrow afternoon. Director Deb Wooldridge says that the students chose the piece, because they liked the story and thought they had the right people to play the characters. In this performance based on the TV show, Wednesday Addams falls in love with a “normal” boy, and their families meet. Admission is $8 for adults and $6 for students, with tonight’s performance starting at 7pm, and tomorrow’s performance of the musical at 2pm.
