The Adel Partners Chamber of Commerce welcomed a newer business to the organization on Friday.

The chamber held a ribbon cutting ceremony at Superior Exteriors, as they officially became chamber members as well. Chamber President Erin Milroy started off by thanking the organization for choosing Adel, while Mayor Jim Peters echoed Milroy’s comments about how grateful he was that they chose the community.

Co-Owner Todd Patterson announced that Superior Exteriors was originally in Urbandale from 2008 to 2023 and was looking to expand their branch, which is how they landed in Adel. Co-Owner Ryan Martin tells Raccoon Valley Radio that the community has already been so welcoming.

“Coming to Adel has been actually a really good thing. I’m from a smaller town and joining this community, I’ve felt very welcomed with open arms, going to a lot of the restaurants, and meeting a lot of the folks in town, and I feel like I know the people a lot better than a bigger community.”

Martin explains that Superior Exteriors will help with work on sidewalks, roofs, decks, concrete, and even offer services for storm restoration.
