Residents in a city within Dallas County are inviting people to stop by and do some bargain shopping this weekend.

The City of Adel is holding a town-wide garage sale and City Clerk Carrie Erickson tells Raccoon Valley Radio that there is a list of addresses available on the City of Adel’s Facebook page highlighting which homes are participating in the garage sale. 

She adds that if people would like paper copies of the addresses, they can be acquired at the Adel Public Library today through 4pm. Erickson shares that the garage sale will go through the day tomorrow until items run out. She cautions drivers that with lots of people out and about, they need to pay attention and properly abide by road signs.
