From left to right: Kennedy Sorber, Hannah Desmarais, and Jada Grove
Three players from the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Girls Soccer Team will join us on our sports show to discuss the 2025 season.
ADM seniors Jada Grove, Hannah Desmarais, and Kennedy Sorber are entering their final year on the field in high school. The Tigers are being led by Rachel Harada, as she’s in her very first coaching position. Grove, who is a Midfielder, tells Raccoon Valley Radio how the experience has been so far.
“I’d say that practice has been going really well. She’s been giving us a lot of great direction and I’m excited to see how it goes with her and how we develop as a team.”
ADM consists of four freshmen and seven sophomores on the varsity roster, and Desmarais shares advice she’s giving to them.
“Just encouraging them and knowing at practice to work hard, because the harder you work in practice, the more likely it will pay off.”
The Tigers are 0-2 on the season so far, as they will host Marshalltown tonight at 7pm. All three girls will be featured in tonight’s Raccoon Valley Bank Dallas County PM Sports Magazine on KDLS 94.3/99.7 FM and 1310 AM at 6pm.
