The students cooked a tropical shrimp skewer with a sweet chili sauce for the appetizer, garlic honey butter chicken over jasmine rice with a side of parmesan encrusted asparagus for the entree, and a lemon pudding crunch for dessert. According to the school, the dishes were judged by different chefs from around Iowa and the Midwest. This was the first time that ADM competed in the culinary event.
