Mass of Christian Burial for Anita “Rose” Bauer, 97 of Carroll, will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Holy Spirit Church – St. John Paul II Parish in Carroll.  Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday in St. John Cemetery in Arcadia.

Immediately following the Funeral Mass please join Rose’s family for a luncheon in the Holy Spirit Church Greteman Center.

Visitation will be from 9:15-10:15 a.m., Saturday at Holy Spirit Church, prior to the Funeral Mass. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left at the church for a later charitable designation.

Funeral arrangements are under the guidance of the Sharp Funeral Home in Carroll and online condolences may be left for Rose’s family at www.sharpfuneral.com.

Surviving are her children: Susan Wessling (John) of Carroll, Iowa; Matt Bauer Jr. (Cindy) of Templeton, Iowa; Mark Bauer (Mary) of Jefferson, Iowa; Nancy Yeager of West Des Moines, Iowa; and Richard Bauer (Lydia) of Phoenix, Arizona; sister-in-law Julie Baumhover of Carroll; 12 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and a great-great grandson; along with
several nieces and nephews.
