
The Greene County School Board met Wednesday evening in regular session.
The Board approved five student driving permits as presented, two fundraiser requests as presented, a $151,483 purchase of a 77-passenger school bus that will be delivered in July of 2026, and a $168,045 quote from Midwest Tennis and Track to replace the track at Linduska Field, along with the high jump and long jump pits. Additionally, the Board approved a 3.2 percent increase for the administrative contracts and a 6.84 percent increase for the classified staff contracts for the 2025-26 school year. Finally, the Board set a public hearing for the amendment to the current fiscal year budget for May 14th.
