The Greene County girls’ golf team opens the 2025 season today while the boys will be on a course for the third time this season.

The girls are at home at The Hill west of Grand Junction for 4 p.m. quadrangular with Perry, Des Moines Christian, and Roland-Story (Story City) while the boys are in Perry for a triangular, which also involves the host Blue Jays as well as Des Moines Christian.

Friday will be the first of two home varsity track & field meets for the Rams. The Greene County Early Bird Meet is set for Linduska Field in Jefferson at 4:30 p.m. It will also be Senior Night for the Rams with seniors and their parents being introduced. Among the other teams in the field are girls and boys squads from Paton-Churdan.
