
Perry boys soccer traveled to Alleman last night to take on North Polk. The Bluejays came away with with their second straight tie. Alex Zamora connected on a penalty kick for the equalizer in the 79th minute as the game finished 2-2. The Bluejays found the back of the net for the first in three games. Jacobo Cerna-Gomez scored in the 15th minute for Perry as they trailed 2-1 at half. Cerna now has a team high 2 goals this year.
The Bluejays are now 1-2-2. They return to action Tuesday night for their first home contest. Perry matches up with another Raccoon River Conference opponent in Winterset.
