Funeral service for Ruth Young, 88 of Winterset,  will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at Caldwell Parrish Funeral Home, Winterset Chapel. A visitation, including a time of food and fellowship, will be held from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m., at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family for a future designation.
