The Adel Public Library is inviting younger children to partake in an Easter-themed program tomorrow.
According to Programming Specialist Lily Schwarz, children in preschool through second grades are welcome to a free Easter Storytime and Egg Hunt in anticipation of the big holiday happening on Sunday. She explains that the storytime will revolve around the meaning of Easter to educate kids about the history of the holiday.
Schwarz reveals that following the storytime, plastic eggs will be hidden around the library for children to find. She adds that the Easter Bunny will make an appearance to take pictures. The program is taking place inside the library from 4:30-5:30pm. Any questions can be directed to the Adel Public Library at (515)-993-3512.
