Criminal Mischief reported in the 1900 blk of Estella St, gate had pry marks and some minor damage to where it appeared someone tried to gain access.

Accident reported from Soumas Ct/Willis Ave and 141.

Unit 1 2009 Ford Taurus Driven by Bradyn Keasey of Woodward, IA

Unit 2 2021 Ram Truck pulling a 22 camper Driven by Douglas Rupiper of Carroll, IA

Unit 1 was traveling south on Willis Ave crossing hwy 141 and failed to obey stop sign and yield to right of way. Unit 2 was traveling west on 141 and struck when he when through the intersection of 141 and Willis by Unit 1. Total damage is approximately $17,000.

April 12th

Report of assault taken from 2600 blk lowa St, no charges.

Arrested: Martinez Aldana, Jose Domingo Age/61 Adr/17051⁄2 3rd St. Charged with Operating While Intoxicated-2nd offense

Report of assault taken from 500 blk Clearview Dr, no arrests. Extra patrol in place.

Arrested: Ritter, Terry Wain Age/83 of Yale, IA. Charged with Driving Under Suspension

Arrested: Hernandez Morales, Isai Jhonat Age/29 Adr/1401 W 8th St. Charged with Public Intoxication, Harassment of a Public Official, and interference with Official Acts

Domestic disturbance reported in the 1900 blk of 1st Ave. Verbal altercation only. No arrests.

April 14th

Report of Theft in the 100-blk Willis Ave. 2008 Chevy Suburban was entered into IOWA/NCIC as stolen. Vehicle was recovered and case is under investigation.

Accident reported from 1200-blk 2nd St. Private exchange of information was done and no accident report completed.

April 15th

Fraud report made from the 700 blk of Williams St. Loss $89.63, no arrest.

April 16th

Report of Sex Assault from the 1200 bik of 18th St, case under investigation
