The leader of an organization in Dallas County is stepping down from the position after serving nearly two decades.
According to a press release, Debra Lucht is retiring after spending 19 years as the Chief Executive Officer at Minburn Communications. She began with the company back in 2006 and the company states that Lucht led the transition to fiber-optic technology, expanding services to Perry, Minburn, rural Adel, and rural Dallas Center, among other communities in Dallas County. The company goes on to say that with her retirement, Lucht will continue to work with the State of Iowa’s Empower Rural Iowa Initiative and Leadership Iowa Board of Directors.
Minburn Communications announces that Douglas Pals will now be stepping in as the new CEO following joining the company in September of 2024 as the General Manager.
