The three larger sized towns in Guthrie County will be holding their annual Easter Egg Hunts tomorrow.

The Panora Chamber of Commerce will be holding their event at the city square, with some crafts and games in Vets Auditorium from 9-10am, and the hunt to begin at 10am. Chamber Coordinator Erica Matthies says that kids will be broken up into multiple age groups. She adds that thanks to a donation from Panora Fiber, there are some bikes to be raffled off, and winners must be present to win.

In Guthrie Center, children can visit the Easter Bunny from 10-10:50am, and also get an Easter Bucket. Each bucket will have a raffle ticket taped to it for a prize drawing after the Easter Egg Hunt, which will begin at 11am. The hunt will take place at the Guthrie Center Elementary School playground, with multiple age groups in different places. The infant to two year old group will be at the front grass area, while special needs children up to 3rd grade will be in the grass area behind the infant area. Kindergarten through 3rd grade children will be in two areas on the hill, while the 4th through 6th graders will be all together on the playground.

In Stuart, the Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by Rose Acre Farms and the Stuart Chamber of Commerce will be held at Lawbaugh Park, with the hunt to begin at 1pm. Children will be split into three age groups, four years old and younger, five to seven years old, and eight to ten years old. The hunt will go on no matter the weather.
