
Lightening stopped the Merritt-Charger ACGC Relays in Guthrie Center after the 4 x 200 meter relay on Thursday night and the rest of the meet was cancelled. Paton-Churdan had its girls and boys track and field teams in action and the Rockets had two winning performances from sophomore Trevon Keely. He won the 100 meter dash in 11.55 seconds and was the high jump winner by clearing the bar at six feet, four inches.
The top P-C girls’ event was the discus throw where sophomore Liv Smith placed third at 91 feet, 10 inches.
