The Guthrie Center City Council will meet in regular session tonight.
The Council will consider for approval a liquor license for Sparky’s One Stop, a fence permit for a house on the 600 block of North 5th Street, then hear from Main Street Guthrie Center Director Lindsay Gilland, before setting a date and time for a public hearing on a fiscal year 2024-25 budget amendment. They will also hear department updates from the street department, and in City Clerk Kris Arrasmith’s report hear about tobacco license violations, agreement updates with PFM Financial and an update on the Cameron Flats sub-division. The meeting will begin at 6:30pm in council chambers at city hall. Raccoon Valley Radio will have results from the meeting later in the week.
