Andrew Gross, West Des Moines, was driving on K Ave when he stopped at the stop sign and proceeded into the intersection.  He collided with car driven by Kelcee Hodzic, Panora.  Mr. Gross was uninjured.  Ms. Hodzic was transported to the hospital for evaluation of any injuries. Damage to Ms. Hodzic’s car was estimated at $20000 and damage to Mr. Gross’ car was estimated at $10000.  Both cars were towed from the scene.  Mr. Gross was sited for Fail To Yield Upon Entering Through Highway.

Christine Durlam, age 57, 211 Martin St, Bouton, was arrested for two counts of Harassment – 3rd degree.

Jason Britten, age 46, address unknown, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

Jonathan Melendrez, age 28, 2801 1st Ave, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
