
Yesterday, the Panorama Panthers girls soccer team made the journey to Ballard High School for varsity soccer action against the Bombers. The Bombers would strike first, but the Panthers would hang on, as the final score would end at 2-2 resulting in a draw between both teams.
The Bomber girls would strike first, taking the lead against the Panthers scoring early in the first half. With just under 7 minutes left in the first, sophomore Jessica Randol would tie the match at 1-1 as she would find the net for the Panthers. Coming back from the break with 20 minutes left in the match, Morgan Crees would score of a corner kick giving the Panthers a 2-1 lead. The Bombers would not be denied however, scoring one more goal in the final 2 minutes of the match to tie the match 2-2 as a final score.
The Panther soccer teams return to action tomorrow as the Panthers play host to the Perry Bluejays. The girls take the pitch first, with kick off scheduled for 5:30 with the boys to follow.
