Ryan Van Gorp, age 38, 5518 145th St, Urbandale, was arrested on a warrant for 3 counts of Harassment Of Public Official Or Employee, One count of Kidnapping 3rd Degree, Falsifying Public Documents and 3 counts of Impersonating A Public Official.

Jaylynn Surrette, age 28, 2519 Clarkson Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms.

A juvenile driver was west bound on 240th St at T Ave. when the driver attempted to turn onto T Ave, the vehicle lost traction and the vehicle went into the ditch, rolling onto it’s top.  All occupants declined EMS, one went to the hospital to be checked out by private vehicle.  The vehicle sustained an estimated $10000 damage.  It was towed privately.  The minor driver was issued a citation for Violation Of Special Minors Restrictions.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
