Perry girl’s track and field attended the ADM Relays on Tuesday night.  The quality of teams in attendance was high with with some of the top track programs around meeting in Adel.  The Jayettes settled for a tie for fifth place with 53 team points.  Heavy hitters Waukee Northwest (196.5), ADM (191), and DCG (89.5) all flexed their muscles for the top three spots.

Perry had one top three finish.  That came in the 4X200 Relay (4:24.45).  Lily Myers added a fourth place finish in the 400M Hurdles (1:09.46).  Perry also secured fourth in the 4X800M Relay (10:59.24).

Perry returns to action tonight in Boone for a coed meet set to begin at 4:30P.  Goeppinger Field is set to host 7 girl’s teams this evening.  The Jayettes are just one week away from the Conference meet in State Center next Thursday.
