Adel-DeSoto-Minburn High School is hosting their Junior/Senior Prom tomorrow with a night of fun activities.

Junior Prom Committee Member Lauren Hagedorn reveals the theme is “Promalicious,” because the color pattern is iridescent featuring pink, purple, and silver. Junior Noelani Winter mentions all the decorations will follow that scheme of being reflective and sparkly. 

Junior Brenna Seidl adds that the evening will begin with the Grand March at the high school, starting at 4:30pm, then students will split up to grab food on their own. She says the dance is taking place at Decades Events Center in West Des Moines from 8-11pm, followed by After Prom back at the high school from midnight to 1:30am. Winter is pumped for the whole experience.

“I think it’s going to be really exciting just being able to apart of the planning and then be able to go with your friends and it being our first time, so it’s going to be really fun.”

Seidl outlines the committee is planning to have lots of fun games and activities for students to enjoy throughout the night at After Prom.
