Celebration of Life for Erick C. Jorgensen, 45, of Fort Collins, Colorado, will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at 16 Oaks in Fontanelle with burial in the Fontanelle Cemetery.  A luncheon will be held at 16 Oaks following the burial.

Family Visitation: The family will greet friends on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at 16 Oaks.

 Memorials: To the Erik C. Jorgensen Memorial Fund to be established by the family at a later date.

Survivors:   Erik is survived by his beloved children, Samuel and Edasen; his parents, Dan (Christi) Jorgensen and Dale (Greg) Miller Dunlap, grandmother Shirley Eshelmann and many extended family members and friends who will always remember his quick wit, big heart, and fierce love for the people and passions that mattered most to him.
