Photos belong to the ADM Track and Field Teams

The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Track and Field Teams were successful, grabbing first place at the Raccoon River Conference Meet earlier this week.

ADM competed in Gilbert on Wednesday and Thursday for the conference meet, as the girls scored 175 points and the boys captured 158 to both be named Raccoon River Champions. Standout individual performances for the girls included junior Elise Coghlan (14.70) and senior Josi Dufoe go one-two in the 100 meter hurdles, with Coghlan winning the 400 meter hurdles at 1:04.21. Senior Calli Seehase went a distance of 17 feet and three inches to win the long jump, senior London Warmuth got a height of five feet and four inches to place first in the high jump, as junior Lauren Hagedorn won the discus (120-05) and it was senior Kennedy Stanford (39-02) achieving the top spot in the shot put. The girls won the RRC Meet for the fifth year in a row.

On the boys side, Tiger senior Corbin Reed was first in the 110 meter high hurdles at 14.47 seconds, while also taking the crown in the 400 meter hurdles at 53.90 seconds. Senior Cameron Forgy (51.29) garnered the top spot in the open 400 meters and senior Kyler Chapman captured a height of six feet and three inches to win the high jump.
