The Dallas County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session on Tuesday.

The board will set a time and date to hold a public hearing for the fiscal year 2025 budget’s second amendment. Then, the board will look to take action on a resolution on three separate operating transfers within the Operations Administration. Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a Criminal Court Building public information and education request for proposal, a Courthouse renovation project, a resolution for used motograder purchases, a Wells Fargo ATM Lease Agreement, and a Northern Natural Gas Property Easement request.

The board will also have a public hearing resolution for the final plat of the Ritter Subdivision Plat one at 9:30am, a general assistance workshop, and a drainage district trustees meeting.

The meeting is happening inside the Board of Supervisors Meeting Room, 800 Court Street, in Adel Tuesday morning at 9am.
