Facebook Perry Jayettes Soccer

Perry girl’s soccer hosted Des Moines Hoover on Saturday. The Jayettes used the match against the Huskies to celebrate the senior members of the team. Perry picked up the 6-1 win.

The Jayettes had six different scorers including three seniors Amy Diaz, Miley Sanchez, and Gabriela Orellana.  Perry used a strong second half in the victory. The Jayettes led 1-0 at half, had Senior Day festivities in the intermission, and then exploded for 5 goals in the last 40 minutes.

Perry improves to 6-6-3 and travels to Colfax-Mingo tonight at 5:30P. The Tigerhawks are 9-1-3 and have won their last three matches by a combined score 30-0.
