Last night, the #1 Dallas Center-Grimes Mustangs girls soccer team played host to the #9 ADM Tigers and defeated the Tigers 3-0. The Mustangs advance to 8-4-1.

Senior Neela Williamson would strike first for the Mustangs, finding the net after a beautiful corner kick by the Mustangs to take a 1-0 lead in the seventh minute. Before the first half would end, Dallas Center-Grimes would strike against as Alexa Gill would strike from about 20 yards to give the Mustangs a 2-0 lead. Coming back from the break in the second half, Addy Lane would secure the victory in the 55th minute stealing a goal from the Tigers keeper for a 3-0 win.

The now 8-4-1 Mustangs are back in action today at home again to face off against the Oskaloosa Indians. Kick off is scheduled for 6pm tonight.
