The Greene County High School soccer and golf teams are in action today. Coach Kyle Kinne’s boys’ golf team enters the Class 3A postseason at the Spencer Golf & Country Club for a Sectional Tournament. Only qualifying teams and individuals will extend their seasons by advancing to the May 19 District Tournament in Orange City.

Coach Heath Telleen’s girls’ golf squad hosts Carroll High at The Hill west of Grand Junction today to conclude regular season play. The girls have had one of the better seasons so far at Greene County High School.

The Rams play soccer vs. Nevada with the girls hosting the Cubs at Linduska Field in Jefferson at 5:30 p.m. for the varsity match and junior varsity teams playing after the varsity match is over. The Rams go to Nevada for boys’ soccer with JV at 5:30 p.m. and the varsity match to follow.

The Greene County track & field squads have completed their regular seasons and are preparing for a Class 2A State Qualifying Meet in Ogden this Thursday starting at 4 o’clock.
