Chandandeep Singh, age32, 5881 Vista Dr, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Harassment, two counts of Violation Of No Contract Order and Contempt-Violation Of No Contact Order.

Brielle Berry, age 27, 220 W Green St, Winterset, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked.

Samantha Pieart, Ankeny, was driving in the 35000 block of Old Hwy 6 when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $5000.  She was able to drive the car from the scene.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
