The Perry City Council will meet in regular session on Monday.

The council will hold a public hearing on the City of Perry’s intent of disposal of public property by sale. The council will then look to take action with a resolution for a purchase and development agreement. Other items on the agenda seeking approval include a Grant Contract Number with the CDBG Upper Story Housing Conversion, a change order for the Frog Creek Restoration project, a resolution for a statement of completion and final acceptance of Frog Creek, and a pay request for Frog Creek.

Additional items on the agenda looking for approval feature a resolution for a plat of survey to establish parcels within the City of Perry, a resolution to accept the site plan for an employee parking lot by VanKirk Storage LLC, a resolution for an Urban Renewal Loan Application, and setting a public hearing for the fiscal year 2025 budget amendment.

The meeting will be happening in the Clarion Room of the Security Bank Building, 1102 Willis Avenue, in Perry on Monday at 6pm.
