The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet twice tomorrow morning.
The Board will consider for approval the third reading to create an ordinance against public sex acts. Then, they will hold the second public hearing to discuss entering into a loan agreement and to issue general obligation capital loan notes not to exceed $2 million from the general fund to use toward the HVAC project for the Greene County Courthouse. Following the hearing, the Board will consider for approval instituting proceedings to take additional action to authorize the loan agreement. Finally, the Board will consider approving a resolution to set regular working hours for the courthouse custodian.
