Class 1A high school girls’ regional soccer play begins tonight for Coach Wes Anderson’s Greene County Rams. A trip to historic Merrill Field in Harlan awaits the 0-15 Rams as they take on 7-8-1 Harlan Community. Greene County has scored just five goals this season and has been shut out in its last six games, while allowing 40 goals in that time frame.

The Rams fell 2-0 to East Sac County (Lake View) on Friday on Senior Night. In one of its better efforts of the season, Greene County stayed close the entire way, allowing just two goals, both late in half number one, following by shutting the Raiders out the second half
