May is National School Board Appreciation Month.

Panorama Superintendent Kasey Huebner says that he enjoys working with the Panorama School Board, sharing that they are very easy to work with both during and outside of the monthly school board meetings. He tells Raccoon Valley Radio more about the Board.

“I do appreciate them. I have a really good board right now. We have Clint Deardorff, Deb Westergaard, Heidi Clark, Mark Cates, and Damon Crandall. And all five of them truly ask really good questions, their intentions are always about kids, they have a great vision for our district. It’s just something that you appreciate it, being in the superintendent chair, to have a board that’s supportive and really have the same vision that you do.”

Huebner mentions that all sorts of things can come up during a school day, and one of the things he appreciates the most about the Board members is that he is always able to get in touch with one of them if he needs to.
