Unit 1 2013 Blue Hyundai Elantra driven by Kendra Betts of 2303 Warford St.

Upon entering entrance of Perry Elementary School, before proceeding Betts checked to make sure no one was crossing, cyclist continued through the parking lot resulting in unit 1 striking the juvenile female. No damage to Unit 1.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
