Strong second half keeps Perry soccer season alive with playoff win Friday over Storm Lake, 3-2, at Dewey Field.

The upset minded Tornadoes struck first in the 16th minute and built a 2-0 lead after 20 minutes.  The Jayettes got a goal in the 28th minute and the match sat 2-1 at half.  The equalizer arrived in the 58th minute.  Perry wasted no time with the game winner coming in the 59th minute.

Addison Perks, Ayden Erickson, and Itzel Ramirez all found the back of the net. Perks and Erickson continue to lead Perry in goals.

The Jayettes improve to 7-7-3 and move to the Substate Semifinal Wednesday night at Dallas Center-Grimes.
