The accolades continue to pile up for Willow Ray as the sophomore from West Central Valley brings home a silver medal back home to West Central Valley. Ray participated in the Class 2A girls high jump event and placed second with a jump of five feet four inches.

This has been a successful year for Willow Ray, as the first girls wrestling to qualify for state at West Central Valley. Ray would also represent West Central Valley at the Drake Relays, would break the West Central Valley girls high jump school record with jump of five feet six and a half inches, and now finally has placed second overall at the state track championships.

Just a sophomore, Willow Ray still has two more years of growth with the Wildcats as Ray continues to add on to an already electric year.
