The softball season begins on Tuesday for the Panorama Panthers as coach Galvan returns for his second season as the Panther manager. Galvan and the Panthers have dreams of making it to the third round of regional play, after wrapping up last season with a 8-22 record falling in the second round of regionals.

Galvan is proud of how his girls have bought into the program in his second year in charge of Panther softball and recognized their growth and improvements from last season.

“You’ll be very surprised and pleasantly surprised by how we come out and approach the game. We’re gonna go out there and play our best softball and it’ll be evident how much they’ve improved.”

The Panther softball team kick off the season on Tuesday against local rivals the ACGC Chargers as Panorama travels to ACGC High School. The softball season opener is set to begin at 7pm.
