The Jefferson City Council will meet tomorrow evening.

The meeting will start with a public hearing on an amendment to the current fiscal year budget, followed by the Council considering approving it after the hearing. Then, the Council will hold a second public hearing on vacating an alleyway that is under the former middle school, and then consider approving that measure after the hearing.

Additionally, the Council will also consider for approval a resolution to sell property, another resolution for a second amendment to the employment agreement for the city administrator, and a resolution for accepting the water well and access easement. They will also consider for approval hiring a police officer, the ninth change order for the Wastewater Treatment Plant improvement project, and a quarterly funding request for Greene County Development Corporation.

The meeting will take place in-person and remotely at 5:30pm in the City Hall Council Chambers. Click here to access the meeting remotely.
