3:42pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near T Avenue.
5:16pm: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on N Avenue near 190 th Street.
5:25pm: Gary Reiher 69 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for indecent exposure.
10:18pm: A deputy assisted the Guthrie County Sheriff’s Office with an assault in the 300 block of 3rd Avenue, Jamaica.
10:29pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 1400 block of S Avenue.
11:29pm: A deputy, Greene County Ambulance, Jefferson Police Department, and Jefferson Fire Department responded to a single vehicle accident on 220th Street near L Avenue. Brian Hiveley of Scranton lost control of a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado rolling into the ditch. The estimated damage to the truck is 10,000 dollars. Hiveley was cited for failure to maintain control. More charges are possible when lab results are complete.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
