Arrest: Garza, Byron Andrew Age 38 Adr/ 1506 6th St Apt 5, charged with Driving While Revoked-OWI

Unit 1 Green 2006 Dodge Caravan Driven by Hussman, Joshua Dale of 2450 315th St.

Unit 2 Green 1997 Nissan PK, driven by Tapia Arteaga, Lorenzo of 1915 W 3rd St.

Unit 1 was legally parked in a parking space at Hy-vee lot. Unit 1 backed out and struck the rear of Unit 2 which was a parked unattended veh. Approx total damage of $1500.

May 26th

Arrest: Mena-Mendez, Yordi Ariel Age 25 Adr/ 213 Lucinda St. Charged with Operating While Intoxicated

Arrest: Robinson-Mccuddin, Tyler Michael Age 29 Adr/ 1402 Willis Ave. Charged with Driving Under Suspension

Accident reported in the 600 blk of 6o St.

Unit 1 Black 2023 Nissan Altima, driven by Tunink, Peyton of 14366 K Ave.

Unit 2 Black 2015 Mercedes Benz, driven by Martinez, Carlos of 124 6th St.

Unit 2 was traveling South through the alley between 1200 blk of 6th St/1200 blk 7th St. Unit 1 was backing East oiut of driveway onto the alleyway. Unit 1 did not see unit 2 and struck unit 2’s passenger side middle with her rear bumper. Minor damages, no injuries. Total damage for both is approx. $4500. Warning given to unit 1 for backing improperly.

Unit 2 was given warning for Violation of Intermediate License. No citations.

It should be noted that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
