Shasta Hillmer, Adel, was traveling on N Ave at 302nd Place when she hit a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $3000.

Logan Reynolds, age 24, 460 NW 4th St, Earlham, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
